Wellness
Retreat

SETSCoP held its first virtual wellness retreat for frontline settlement professionals, to address the impact of COVID-19 on settlement workforce wellbeing and self-care. Participants had the opportunity to watch sessions live or view recorded sessions at a time suited to them.

Attendees rated their level of enjoyment of the Virtual Wellness Retreat as 90 out of 100!

Forums

SETSCoP facilitates a CEO Forum to provide a platform for settlement organisations’ executive management to come together to address strategic issues for the settlement sector. Two steering groups have been established to progress the work of the CEO Forum and drive outcomes for identified areas of focus which include mapping the social and economic impact of settlement, in addition to enhancing the settlement sector and workforce sustainability.
